Horses come in all sizes, shapes and colors. And, like people, each has its own unique personality and character traits.  

Introverts, extroverts, super-sensitive, loners, over-achievers, pranksters!

By working with horses, participants to learn how to effectively modify their behaviors in order to manage these different personalities. Identify your beliefs and attitudes, notice how and when your past experiences show up in your present judgements, create openings where needed to be fully available and open-minded.
